‘The Good, the Bad and the Frivolous’ to screen in Iran and Canada

Iranian comedy ‘The Good, the Bad and the Frivolous’ directed by Peyman Ghasem Khani is set to be screened simultaneously in Iran and Canada during the Iranian New Year, Nowruz.

The film that had its debut at the 35th Fajr Film Festival will go on screen in Canadian cinemas starting from March 26th, 2016.

Written by Peyman Ghasem Khani, the film features Iranian actors Hamid Farrokhnejad, Pejamn Jamshidi and Sam Derakhshani.

Pejman Jamshidi and Sam Derakhshani made names as partners in the popular Iranian comedy series ‘Pejman’.

‘The Good, the Bad and the Frivolous’ narrates the story of a film director who has to use two superstars for his new film contrary to his desires.
